Aye Doo Favours  and all its staff are committed to giving all our customers 100% care and satisfaction .Most of our customer base comes from regular returning customers and recommendations from them to others , we welcome you to Aye Doo Favours  and hope you have a carefree shopping experience and long term relationship with us . 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

All our products are inspected before dispatch so there really should not be a fault found by the customer , in the unlikely event that you do need to return an item please refer to the following policy.

We must first be notified by email at , sales@ayedoofavours.co.uk  with the reason for returning the goods , if you are returning goods that you are not happy with they will be exchanged for an alternative item .

In the case of returning goods that are faulty you will recieve an immediate100% refund

Returns are accepted for all our products with the  exception of confectionery,which cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations see all trading standards distance selling policies at

All our chocolates have at least 1 yr expiry dates and are quality tested with each delivery so we can ensure our customers of top quality confectionery at all times.

With regards to other returns , items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or  refund all items should be returned in their original packing and with all tags attached ,if we do not receive the returned goods in the same new condition as which they were sent then the refund shall be void.

We do not pay for postage for returning goods to us, this is the responsibility of the buyer ,it is also in their interest to purchase sufficient insurance  to cover any losses that could occur during the return process.

This will be done through email.and you can cancel the service at any time.

 (4)Aye Doo Favours uses cookies and other types of user tracking technologies . cookies are used to log caches on the site . Cookies can be disabled ,but by doing so may adversely impact some of the features avavilable on this site.

The purpose of these tracking mechanisms is to identify customer surfing habits and make the site better suited for customers needs.
